Take Back Your Entire Weekend, Sprint Through The Work Week, & Finally Have Time For Everything–Without Burning Out!

MY DAYS MONDAYS

Picture this…

You're late at work–again–tying up loose ends but anxious that you’re kicking off your weekend plans already behind schedule on all things person. Maybe you’re negotiating new dinner plans with your partner, deciding how to make it up to your kids that you’re missing movie night, or skipping the little bit of self-care you promised you’d reward yourself with after the long week.

Oh the sacrifices we make as the most important parts of life slip through our fingers.

Scenario 2:

You're rushing to wrap it up with work, sacrificing quality on your assignment or leaving loose ends untied to deal with next week. You’re putting a pin in everything so you can get to all your social engagements or family commitments on time. But you’re showing up stressed and already defeated, knowing you’re going to pay for it next week and that someone at the office, a manager or client is going to suffer the consequences.

The slow march to burnout is real and you know it’s not sustainable… you know the snap is coming…

Scenario 3:

You're the envy of the organized, gliding out the door because you conquered the week like a productivity superhero. You’ve completed everything you set out to do, you’re perfectly on time, on your way to date night and ready for a weekend where you fully get to unwind and spend quality time with your loved ones. You’re relaxed, you’re graceful, and you’re full of energy.

I’m just kidding. For anyone living a typical life with a Monday-Friday, 9 to 5ish schedule, this is a fantasy.

It’s the end of the week. You’re ready for a much needed break from the hustle, or have significant others awaiting your presence and participation in life. Whether you're powering through a job you love or crafting your empire as a passionate business owner, your weekend unfolds in one of three ways:

Scenario 1:

So you make it to Friday…

…it flys by.

You’ve either packed in a full day of activity to maximize the day. Or, you used it to rest and recover from the work week, maybe snuck in a date night or an afternoon out with the kids. But let’s all hope you did SOMETHING on Saturday. And, let’s let that sink in, the gravitas of this one full day that you get to use for something personal. This realization is why so many people overdo it on Saturday night and pay for it on Sunday. We’re getting to Sunday…

Saturday rolls in.

Now, fast forward to Sunday.

This is Day 2 of your weekend.

For some, a sacred day of REST.

It starts as your supposed "second day off." But let's be real – it's laundry day, house-cleaning day, and a desperate sprint to restock the fridge with your favorite snacks (because someone ate all the good cheese). Throw in pet grooming, lawn maintenance, and family obligations, and voila – your Sunday is a frenzy of responsibility.

Rest?

You’ll rest when you’re dead. And you’ll be digging yourself an early grave if you keep that up.

But what has it become really?

As Sunday’s clock tick tocks to about 4PM, a familiar shadow creeps in—the return to work mode.

The looming Monday checklist infiltrates your thoughts, distracting you from the remaining shreds of weekend serenity. Even if you adore your job or, like me, revel in building your dream business, there's a touch of Sunday Sadness, aka the infamous Monday Blues.

If you're nodding along to this little story, fear not…

Book a Call to find out if I can help you implement a “MY DAY MONDAYS” Mindset & Schedule into your business/life

Book A Call

I've been there, felt the struggle, and emerged with a solution. One that has not only transformed my own business and life but has become the secret sauce for my entire team. And now, my friend, I'm thrilled to unveil it to you, especially if you're a fellow entrepreneurial spirit or business corporate executive teetering on the edge of burn out and craving a smoother flow between work week and weekends that also boosts productivity.

So, buckle up – this isn't just a strategy; it's a narrative-altering journey that'll have you seizing your weekends, energetically sprinting through your weekend, and finally feeling an immense amount of extra time to fit in all the things - including real rest, play with your kids (human or fur babies), hobbies, romance, and more.

PS. This is NOT the same as the simple concept of just a 4-Day Work Week or just taking Friday off. So if you think that’s the answer, it’s not. Tried, tested, and doesn’t hold a candle to this complete method.
